By purchasing, installing, or using this Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. 1) License Grant The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-refundable license to use the Software on one (1) Pterodactyl panel installation, unless otherwise stated. 2) Permitted Use You may: • Install and use the Software for personal or commercial hosting purposes. • Modify the Software for personal use only. 3) Restrictions You may NOT: • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Software or any part of it. • Publish the Software publicly (GitHub, forums, marketplaces, etc.). • Claim the Software as your own work. • Use the Software in a SaaS or managed service where the addon itself is resold, without explicit permission. 4) Updates & Support • Updates may be provided at the Developer’s discretion. • Support is provided on a best-effort basis and limited to installation and basic troubleshooting. • Lifetime updates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. 5) Termination • This license is automatically terminated if you violate any part of this Agreement. • Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software. 6) Acceptance By using this Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
