Server Notes for Blueprint

A shared notepad on every server, with an optional pinned banner above the console

"Wait, why is the port different on this one?" Every server accumulates tribal knowledge: which plugin breaks on update, where the seed came from, what that weird startup flag does. It lives in someone's head or a random Discord message - until that someone is gone. Server Notes gives every server a Notes tab: a shared notepad everyone with access can read. Features • A per-server notepad (up to 20,000 characters, monospace editing) visible to the owner, admins and all subusers • An optional pinned line displayed as a banner above the console - "Do NOT update Essentials, waiting on a fix" greets the whole team the moment they open the server • Editing is limited to the server owner and administrators; subusers see a clean read-only view • Shows who saved last and when; every edit is written to the activity log • Notes are cleaned up automatically when the server is deleted Use cases • Runbooks: restart procedures, backup locations, contact info • Warnings that must not be missed - pinned right above the console • Handovers between staff members on managed servers • Config documentation for modded servers Installation Code:
